Rates: No doubt you are scouring the internet looking for rates. Many broker websites have rates published - you will find that most have the SAME best rates. We have those SAME rates, but rates change so often, and updating rates is a manual process, we prefer to quote you REAL TIME. Also, if you have good credit and a fairly vanilla situation, you will qualify for those rates. If your situaiton is a little unique, it may be that your options are more limited. We don't like loss leaders, so give us a call, we're easy to talk to, or send us an email.

If you get our voicemail we will return your call, usually within minutes during normal business hours, and feel free to call our cell phones if its after hours.

The broker is responsible for overseeing the operation, and ensuring that files are handled in an appropriate manner. Our Broker, David Armstrong has been in the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years. Starting as a bank teller in 1987, David work his way up the ranks to the Executive Level by the age of 32. After a rewarding career in banking, David chose to persue his dream of owning and running his own firm. David knows banks, he knows how they think, he knows how they make their huge profits, and he knows how to save you money on your mortgage. He insists on a customer centric philosophy.
